Hospitality Ops Hub
AI-assisted hotel operations platform
Hospitality Ops Hub is the operations layer a property management system does not have. It runs every department behind the front desk next to the PMS the hotel already uses, without duplicating a single reservation, and builds Uzbek law into the domain model.
Explainable algorithms make the decisions (room assignment, cleaning plans, failure predictions, reorder quantities, breakfast batches and rosters), each benchmarked against a simple baseline. AI reviews, explains and drafts within fixed limits, and every module keeps working when AI is unavailable.
- Front Desk & Guest Registration: a guided six-step check-in, E-Mehmon registration with an SLA and escalation, keys on any lock system and offline passport reading.
- Housekeeping & AI Inspection: balanced room plans at 05:00, the attendant workflow in Telegram and a photo audit that releases rooms scoring above 95.
- Maintenance (CMMS): work orders, an asset registry, preventive plans and HVAC and water telemetry that predicts failures 48 to 72 hours ahead.
- Inventory & Procurement: floor depots with par alarms, 28-day demand forecasts, draft purchase orders and a three-way match with e-invoices signed with E-IMZO.
- F&B & Breakfast: cover forecasts per 30-minute slot that become kitchen instructions, with waste measured against a 4-week baseline.
- HR & Scheduling: a roster optimizer, a Labor Code rule engine that no one can override, biometric clocks that keep templates on the device and payroll-ready timesheets.
- Payments & Fiscal: split folios, tokenized payments with no card numbers stored, the tourist levy, 12% VAT, fiscal receipts with QR and a daily tax close.
- Guest Satisfaction & Recovery: a multilingual listening engine that alerts the Duty Manager within 15 minutes and routes recovery actions to housekeeping and maintenance.
The foundation is built and the modules are delivered in parallel waves. Every integration ships a deterministic MOCK, so a property can be set up, trained and piloted end to end before any vendor contract is signed.
Key features
Runs alongside your PMS
PMS Mirror mode adds operations and compliance on top of the existing PMS, and Standalone mode runs the full check-in. Writes go back to the PMS only where it can accept them.
The math decides, the AI explains
Explainable algorithms make the decisions. AI reviews, explains and drafts within fixed limits, and every module keeps working without it.
Law-first for Uzbekistan
Guest registration, tourist levy, VAT, fiscal receipts, e-invoices, labor rules and data residency are part of the model. Every grey area is a policy with the compliant option as the default.
Telegram-first field work
Room attendants, technicians, cooks and duty managers work in secure bots and Mini Apps in their own language. Messages never carry guest data.
Brand- and vendor-agnostic
Each vendor is a connector that declares its capabilities, and each brand’s standards are a versioned brand pack. Chain and independent hotels run on the same code.
Keeps working offline
An on-premise Edge Gateway keeps housekeeping and maintenance running through outages and reconciles with the cloud with no lost or duplicated events.
Architecture
Database, cache, messaging, scan storage and encrypted backups are hosted in a Tashkent data center, as Uzbekistan’s personal-data law (ZRU-547) requires. Every operational table is isolated per tenant with PostgreSQL row-level security, with an explicit filter in code as a second layer.
Connectors cover 18 integration kinds: PMS, door locks, building management, time clocks, payment gateways, fiscal receipts, e-invoicing, guest registration, the labor registry, reviews, surveys and more. Each connector declares the operations it supports and falls back to a manual task when a capability is missing. Legal obligations never degrade to “skip”.
The on-premise Edge Gateway (x86-64 or ARM64, outbound connections only, no VPN) keeps an encrypted local replica, hosts LAN-only devices such as FIAS lock servers and BMS links, and resolves conflicts deterministically after an outage.
